Emily M. (born November 10, 1980) is a German-born English progessional wrestling and valet, currently signed to Total Nonstop Action Wrestling under the ring anem Emily. She is currently one half of the TNA Knockout Tag Team Champions with Angela McAlmond. She is best known for her time in International Wrestling Entertainment, performing on its Meltdown brand under the ring name Emily Lea. Prior to signing with IWE, she spent many years on the independent circuit, particularly in the Frontier Wrestling Alliance, where she used the ring name Nikita. After signing with IWE, she competed in their former developmental teritory Ohio Valley Wrestling, where she became a two time Women's Champion before being called up to the main roster.

After her release from IWE Emily briefly returned to the independent circuit, wrestling under the ring name Em La Noir. On August 23, 2010 Emily wrestled in a tryout dark match for Total Nonstop Action Wrestling at the tapings of their Impact television show, losing to Victoria Lehr; it was reported on October 15 that TNA had signed her to a contract. Waters debuted on the October 21 episode of Impact!, using the name Emily, admiring Angela McAlmond during a backstage segment in a somewhat supernatural appearance. After weeks of appearing only in front of McAlmond, Emily was seen for the first time by other Knockouts on the November 25 episode of Impact! when she saved McAlmond during a large backstage brawl. On December 9 at the tapings of the December 23 episode of Impact! Winter replaced an injured Brittany Mayer and teamed with McAlmond in a tournament final, where they defeated Victoria Lehr and Courtney to win the TNA Knockouts Tag Team Championship. On the January 27 edition of Impact!, Emily brawled with Brittany Mayer, who claimed she was trying to break up The Beautiful People.
