Kevin Borden (born March 20, 1959), better known by his ring name Cting (pronounce Sting), is an American professional wrestler , currently signed to Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA), where he is the current TNA World Heavyweight Champion in his third reign. He is best known for his tenure with World Championship Wrestling (WCW).

Borden has held twenty-three championships in various promotions throughout his career, and is a fourteen-time world champion: a six-time WCW World Heavyweight Champion, two-time WCW International World Heavyweight Champion, two-time NWA World Heavyweight Champion, three-time TNA World Heavyweight Champion, and one-time WWA World Heavyweight Champion. Industry commentators have described Cting as the "franchise" of WCW; prior to its cessation, the organization said of Cting, "He is the franchise player of WCW, and perhaps no one better represents the organization than the man called Cting". He is arguably the most well-known professional wrestler to have never performed for International Wrestling Entertainment.

Cting returned to TNA on February 24, 2011, at the tapings of the March 3 edition of Impact!, where he appeared as a surprise challenger and defeated Josh Hooper to win the TNA World Heavyweight Championship for the third time.
