The first ever Meltdown IWE Tag Team Champion were crowned at Chamber of Hell where Mark Semmler and Richard Munoz won a Tag Team Turmoil.
Fifty days later, the second ever Meltdown IWE Tag Team Champions were crowned when Ryan Borske and Tyler Erickson from The Nexus won the belts from Semmler and Munoz at the third house show of the International Wrestling Entertainment.
