King of the Ring (2001) was the ninth annual King of the Ring professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event produced by International Wrestling Federation (IWF). It took place on June 24, 2001 at the Continental Airlines Arena in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

The main event was a Triple Threat match–a match involving three competitors for the IWF Championship. Steven Johnson defeated Kevin Hunter and Kris McGowan to retain the title. The undercard featured the 2001 King of the Ring tournament won by Edge. Other matches on the undercard included a Street Fight between Matt Borske and James Mayer, a IWF Light Heavyweight Championship match between champion Josh Hooper and challenger B-Tobol and a IWF Tag Team Championship between champions Dudley Boyz (Harlen and Scott) and the challenger team of Chris LeGreca and Spike.
