Backlash (2001) was a professional wrestling[pay-per-vie] (PPV) event produced by the International Wrestling Federation (IWF) promotion, which took place on April 29, 2001 at the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Illinois. It was the third event under the Backlash chronology. Seven professional wrestling matches were scheduled on the event's card.

The main event was a Tag Team match for the IWF Championship, the IWF Intercontinental Championship, and the IWF Tag Team Championship between The Two Man Power Trip (Steve Johnson and Triple K) and The Brothers of Destruction (Chris LeGreca and Martin McAlmond), in which the person to get the fall would win the Tag Team Championship as well as the championship of the wrestler who was pinned. The Two Man Power Trip won the encounter to win the Tag Team Championship, for Johnston to retain the IWF Championship, and for Triple K to retain the Intercontinental Championship. Featured matches on the undercard included a Last Man Standing match between James Mayer and The Big Marc, which Mayer won, and an Ultimate Submission match featuring Kevin Hunter and Matt Borske, which Hunter won.
